🎓 Graduate Placement Support

Not a course perk. Not a guarantee. Real placement support for DMI graduates who keep building after graduation — reviewed and personally vouched for by Pravin, our lead co-mentor, and the co-mentor team before we ever contact a company on your behalf.

Who can apply

Graduating is the ticket to apply — not a guarantee of being selected

🏆

Live Internship graduates

Cohort 1 and Cohort 2 graduates are eligible now. Cohort 3 is still mid-program — not yet graduated, not yet eligible.

💻

Self-Paced graduates

Eligible the moment you complete all 14 sections. The relaunched track is brand new (2026-07-24) — this fills in as the first real graduates arrive.

How it works

Five steps. Most of it happens off-site, not on this page.

1. Application window — opens monthly

A short form: your GitHub username, which track/cohort you graduated, what you've built or learned since graduating, your current role/availability, and why you'd like placement support.

2. Evaluation

Pravin, our lead co-mentor Anjana Muthunyake, and the co-mentor team review your badge page (your real graded history) and your application. Not everyone who graduated qualifies — that's deliberate.

3. Interview

For applicants who pass evaluation.

4. Resume submission

Only for applicants who pass the interview.

5. Calls with Milla and the team

One or more, back-to-back as needed, so we actually understand you before we approach any company on your behalf.

The honest part

This is support, not a guarantee. We don't promise jobs — we open doors for the people we'd personally vouch for.
Placement is in your base country. Work-permit sponsorship is hard to get and not something we can promise. Cross-border roles only happen when a specific company already in our network chooses to sponsor a visa for a specific candidate — not something to expect or apply for.
Most applicants won't pass every stage. That's what keeps a recommendation from us meaningful to an employer — and worth applying for in the first place.
Paid internships too. Alongside full-time roles, we're also working to place graduates into paid internships — same process above, just a different kind of opportunity.

Milla leads the strategic side of the DMI/CloudAdvisory partnership — including reaching out to companies on behalf of graduates who make it through evaluation and interview. Every candidate she brings to a company has already been reviewed by DMI mentors first.

Hiring? Every graduate who reaches this stage is mentor-vetted, interviewed, and matched to your local market — not just a certificate holder. Reach Milla directly at contact@thecloudadvisory.com.

Ready to apply?

Applications open the first week of each month. Email your GitHub username, what you've built since graduating, and why you'd like placement support.
